Technician Supervisor – Facility Management

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Technician Supervisor to join our Facility Management team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising technicians, conducting site inspections, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil, and general maintenance works, along with good leadership and problem-solving skills. The role also includes monitoring daily operations, preparing reports, handling troubleshooting activities, and coordinating with clients, suppliers, and management to ensure smooth project execution and maintenance operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise technicians and workers at site
• Assign daily maintenance and operational tasks
• Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion
• Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed
• Handle equipment maintenance and troubleshooting activities
• Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance works
• Read and understand technical drawings and schematics
• Conduct site inspections and prepare service reports
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and management team
• Monitor material usage and maintenance requirements
• Train and guide junior technicians and helpers
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and PPE
• Maintain daily reports, attendance, and work updates
• Support project coordination and emergency maintenance works

Requirements :

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / HVAC or related field)
• Experience preparing inspection reports, maintenance reports, and service updates
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Facility Management or Maintenance field
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance works
• Experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Experience supervising technicians and site operations
• Knowledge of safety procedures and quality standards
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to prepare reports and coordinate daily activities
• Computer knowledge: MS Excel, ERP systems, AutoCAD, and email
• UAE driving license preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred
