We are looking for " Technical Supply Specialist" who will work at the Headquarter of Marcel Havacılık.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related fields (i.e. Civil Aviation )

Excellent command of written and spoken English,

Advanced knowledge in MS Office Application. (for experienced candidates, Wings NG or similar ERP solutions experience is a plus.)

Preferably with minimum 3-4 years experience in the field of aviation procurement and/or aviation logistics.

Excellent organizational, problem solving and communication skills,

Strong analytical abilities, pro-active and self-motivated, willing to take responsibility,

Ability to work on flexible hours if needed via remote access to systems.

Ability to make sound decisions under time pressure environment,

Responsibilities
-
Responsible for sourcing and purchasing of aviation rotables, expendables, chemicals and tools.

Ensure that all parts and materials have appropriate paperwork.

Comparison of received proposals, preparation of comparison tables and submission for approval in order to identify the best proposal in terms of condition, price and lead time.

Preparation of formal orders for the selected items and approved proposals and submission to the related supplier. Follow up of orders in order to receive the parts on time or by defined deadlines whereas applicable.

Processing and follow up of all logistics phases in coordination with forwarders – logistics partners and other related internal departments.

Coordination with other departments in order to perform his/her duties in accordance with described procedures.

Develop business opportunities with service providers and maintain a constant communication with them related to materials and logistics.

Provide AOG support when necessary.

Establish and supervise a supply chain process for new/current company projects.
