Job Description:

Callnovo is seeking a skilled and experienced Remote English-Dutch Technical Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Dutch and have over 2 years of experience in solar products product support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for solar products.
• Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Dutch.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and chat.
• Document and track customer interactions and technical issues.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Dutch
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with technique support.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
