We are seeking a dedicated IT Technical Support specialist to join our parking management team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software to ensure smooth operation within our parking management environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues encountered by the parking management team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and related equipment used in parking operations.
- Collaborate with other IT staff and departments to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
- Assist with the deployment and management of parking management software and technologies.
- Provide training and guidance to users on technical processes and software applications.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT technical support or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networking, and software troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with parking management systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Customer-oriented with a commitment to providing excellent technical support.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
