About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Analyst to provide expert implementation and technical counsel for networked printing devices, production systems, and associated software. In this role, you will act as a specialist supporting customers with color management, print controllers, and advanced Canon software. You will be the primary technical interface for our clients' IT personnel, ensuring seamless integration and high-level troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation & Integration: Lead the installation and configuration of supported software solutions and professional services; manage hardware and networking products at customer sites.
  • Resolution & Repair: Utilize diagnostic tools and product schematics to troubleshoot mechanical and system failures, ensuring optimum equipment performance through regular upgrades.
  • Technical Support & Escalations: Provide onsite and remote support for escalated helpdesk calls; coordinate with vendors to resolve complex issues.
  • Training & Education: Conduct educational seminars for customers and technical staff, teaching client IT contacts how to provide first-level support for our software solutions.
  • Administrative Management: Maintain parts inventory and manage your assigned territory to comply with established operating standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Preferably a BS/BA degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, or Network Administration.
  • Experience: 2–3+ years of technology-related work, specifically in post-sales implementation or customer-facing technical consulting.
  • Technical Skills: Deep understanding of print management applications, Windows Active Directory, and enterprise security solutions.
  • Certifications: Relevant networking certifications (Microsoft, etc.) are a significant plus.
  • Core Competencies:
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with and motivate multiple teams toward a common goal.
  • Self-starter personality with a "big picture" approach to technical problem-solving.
  • Requirements: Must possess a valid Driver’s License and have the ability to travel to various customer locations.

Pay: $47,840.00 - $60,320.00 per year
