About the Role:
This role involves providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring they receive timely and effective assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer technical support and troubleshoot issues related to telecom services.
• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat, providing clear and concise guidance.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests.
• Stay updated on current product updates and service changes.

Salary:
PKR 37,000 per month

Applicants must be based in Islamabad. Applications from outside this city will not be considered.

Requirements:

• Laptop (mandatory)
• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s in IT, CS, or related field
• Residence in Islamabad
• Roster-based job (shift rotation required)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple queries simultaneously
