We are seeking a Technical Support Coordinator to join our international Helpdesk team. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on technical experience who want to take ownership of client issues and contribute to process improvements in a fast-growing, fully remote organization.

Tasks

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for international clients’ technical issues via email, chat, and phone.
  • Diagnose and resolve network, software, and server problems (DNS, SSL, FTP, VPN, etc.).
  • Escalate complex issues with clear and detailed diagnostics to ensure quick resolution.
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve support processes and update documentation.
  • Identify recurring technical issues and propose preventive solutions.
  • Participate in projects and initiatives to enhance the Helpdesk’s efficiency and client satisfaction.
Requirements

Who You Are

Required:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or IT/telecom operations.
  • Strong understanding of networking, server management, and software troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, ticketing tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic required.
  • Based in Turkey with a stable internet connection and reliable remote work setup.
  • Proactive problem-solver with strong communication and client-handling skills.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members or leading small initiatives is an advantage.
Preferred:
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent.
  • Experience with VoIP, 5G, SD-WAN, or cloud-based systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.
