Technical Support Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering,
• Minimum 3 years experience of general after sales process of Construction / Earth Moving Equipment such as technical support, warranty management, service,Excellent command of written and spoken English ( German would be an asset )
• Proficiency in MS Office applications SAP,
• No restriction in travelling,
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills,
• Teamwork oriented,
• Completed military obligation for male candidates,
• Able to live in İstanbul.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Providing technical support for customers, dealers, sales and service team and group companies for all Construction / Earth Moving Equipment,
• Supporting to technical trainings process,
• Supporting retrofit actions,
• Supporting trouble shooting process,
• Reporting field feedbacks,
• Warrantly management - answer warrantly claims that comes from customers and dealers; follow up claim procedures between suppliers,
• Entering datas of all technical information by using SAP system,
• Supporting customers, dealers, sales and service team about new products,
