Your Role:

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will have below key responsibilities.


  • Provide on-site operational support, resolving users' daily issues, responding to training and feature demonstration requests, conducting system inspections, generating inspection reports, and offering rectification suggestions.
  • Support project delivery, including simple system deployments, debugging and troubleshooting for complex project field cameras, risk control, and ensuring the system meets user requirements.
  • Assist in POC (Proof of Concept) activities, resolving issues during the POC process, understanding user needs, and ensuring optimal POC performance.
  • Test new products, conduct team training sessions, and prepare product reports.
  • Handle daily issues to ensure user satisfaction.
  • Support marketing activities, including equipment installation and debugging


What We're Looking for:


  • Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, electronics, communications, or related fields, with fluency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) as a working language.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a delivery or operations engineer in the security industry, familiar with CCTV, access control systems, intercom systems, traffic, parking systems, or other security-related systems and products.
  • Project management experience and SIRA certification are preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of networking and operating systems.
  • Strong learning ability and enthusiasm for new products and technologies.
  • Excellent documentation skills, communication abilities, and a strong service mindset.
  • Responsible, passionate, meticulous, detail-oriented, and hardworking.
  • Possesses a valid driver’s license.
