Position Overview

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer based in Los Angeles, CA to support Sanven’s e-commerce operations and product after-sales service. This role oversees technical repair processes for returned products, improves refurbishment success rates, and ensures service quality across regional warehouse facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage technical repair and refurbishment processes for returned e-commerce products.
• Provide technical guidance and training to warehouse repair technicians.
• Analyze returned product failures and identify root causes.
• Monitor refurbishment performance and recommend process improvements.
• Conduct quality inspections and operational audits at warehouse facilities.
• Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and customer service teams.
• Travel to Texas and New Jersey warehouses for on-site technical support.
• Prepare technical reports and improvement recommendations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in technical support, product repair, or quality engineering.
• Experience with electronic equipment or consumer products.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) for effective communication with global teams
• Ability to train technicians and support operations teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Valid U.S. work authorization required.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
