Job Title: Technical Support Engineer (General Industries)

Location: New Cairo

Role Objective

Provide accurate technical design and proposal support that enables successful project execution and customer solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare technical and commercial quotations from RFQs and project specifications.
• Perform sizing and engineering calculations for steam and heat transfer equipment.
• Review P&IDs, prepare technical drawings, and specifications.
• Prepare technical submittals including datasheets, compliance sheets, and clarifications.
• Support sales engineers in optimizing technical solutions.
• Coordinate with principals for specialized selections when required.
• Assist in steam audit reporting and solution development.
• Maintain structured documentation and quotation records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical power or mechatronics Engineering.
• 1–3 years’ experience in technical support, design engineering, or industrial equipment.
• Strong understanding of steam, condensate, and heat transfer systems.
• Ability to interpret P&IDs and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in AUTOCAD, Excel and engineering calculation tools.
