Technical support Engineer In LA/Irvine

We are looking for a highly effective, highly motivated and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team. This engineer shall support the achievement of business objective by offering technical services to our customers before, during and after the installation. The candidate should have more than 1 years’ experience in LED customer service or related field and comprehensive knowledge about video display system, control room, conference room and broadcasting video wall, and have good communication skill.

AOTO USA is a California based sales and technical service company that sells and supports high-end quality LED display systems. We are located in Orange County and NJ but offer the service throughout America. Our LED display screens are installed in many cities and airports in US.

Our designing and manufacturing headquarters company Shenzhen AOTO ELECTRONICS CO., LTD is a public traded company located in Shenzhen, China, with over a billion RMB sales per year. It is a world leading LED display complete solution provider and top LED solution provider.

Job Responsibility:

-Provide great technical assistance to customers
-Perform onsite installation and configuration of LED displays
-Offer remote support through remote desktop connections
-Conduct onsite product demonstrations and training
-Assist with warehouse operations
-Write clear and concise technical instructions for customers
-Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
-Perform hand soldering of pixels on LED tiles
-Provide support for other tasks as assigned by management
-Availability to work overtime during some peak seasons
-Availability for frequent work travel

Requirements:

-Good English Communication

-Good understanding of LED screen related systems and products

-Good problem-solving and communication skills

-Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines given

-Availability to work overtime during peak seasons

-Hands-on experience with electronic or mechnical equipment: at least 1 year

-Bachelor's in Engineering Degrees or similar experience

-Need field service experience or field project experience

-This position is more about on-site installation work, IT software work experience does not match this position,thank you for your attention.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month
