Technical Support Engineer(customer support)

About the Role

We are expanding our international business and looking for a Technical Support Engineer to support our veterinary imaging products, including AIR.1 (multi-function veterinary CBCT system) and AIR.3 (portable X-ray source and detector).

This is a technical, engineering-focused role responsible for customer support, troubleshooting, and system optimization.

What You Will Do

• Provide technical support for veterinary CBCT and digital X-ray systems
• Support system installation, commissioning, calibration, and troubleshooting
• Deliver remote technical support via phone, email, or video
• Assist customers and partners in resolving hardware and software issues
• Collaborate with global R&D and manufacturing teams to escalate and solve complex cases
• Prepare service reports, technical documentation, and user guidance
• Travel to customer sites in the U.S. when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Imaging, or related fields
• 3+ years of experience supporting medical imaging, X-ray, CBCT, or similar systems
• Hands-on experience with system troubleshooting and technical support
• Comfortable communicating with customers in English
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Experience in veterinary imaging is a plus, but not required

Pay: $61,316.77 - $73,843.85 per year
