Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first‑level technical support to teachers, students, and administrative staff.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to computers, projectors, smart boards, printers, biometric systems, and other campus equipment.
  • Support online learning platforms (LMS), ERP systems, attendance software, and examination portals.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network devices.
  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs, AMC services, and procurement of IT equipment.
  • Ensure proper functioning of Wi‑Fi, LAN, and internet connectivity across campus.
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and update records regularly.
  • Assist in setting up IT infrastructure for classrooms, labs, events, and examinations.
  • Provide training or guidance to staff on using digital tools and applications.
  • Log issues, track resolutions, and prepare periodic reports for management.
  • Ensure data security, backup procedures, and adherence to IT policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of hardware troubleshooting, networking basics, and operating systems.
  • Familiarity with educational technologies such as LMS, ERP, smart classroom tools, and online exam systems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to support non‑technical users.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple support requests.
  • Problem‑solving mindset with patience and customer‑centric approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
