Technical Support Executive

- Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd-level technical support for complex hardware and software issues.
  • Research, diagnose, and identify solutions to resolve system errors or network issues.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams (e.g., software developers).
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals for future reference.
  • Ensure all support tickets are resolved within the agreed-upon Service Level Agreement (SLA).

- Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux environments and networking tools.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset.
