Job Title: Technical Support Executive- E- Surveillance (Only For Men)

Location : Pune

Key Responsibilities:

- Handling the project, CCTV System, Access Control System, VDP System, Fire Alarms Systems, IDS.

- Experience in Designing, installation, commissioning, and hand over the system for demonstration to the client.

- Ability to troubleshoot and escalation handling resolving skill.

- Attending meeting with client vendors and contractors.

- Handling ATM surveillance installation and commissioning.

- Arrange the contractors and materials as per project requirements.

- Technical support to client end.

- Maintain customer contact person list for easy communication.

- Handle customer complaints or concerns and escalate when necessary.

- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues effectively.

- Provide timely and fast resolution to client issue.

- Keep tracking on issues raised from client.

- Handle customer mails and escalate.

Required Skills –

1. Good Knowledge of computer handling

2. Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Electricals, Computer Science or related field

3. Good written and verbal communication Skill

4. Problem solving skills

Experience: 6 months-2 years (Freshers with excellent knowledge)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
