Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Technical Support Executive who wants to kickstart their career in a fast-growing AI product company. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh BSCS graduates (Class of 2025) who have strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.

You will be responsible for identifying customer-side issues, troubleshooting them in real time, and working closely with our Product team to ensure long-term solutions. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and build a strong technical foundation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve user-side product issues efficiently
  • Provide real-time support to customers via call, chat, or email.
  • Collaborate with the Product & Engineering teams to report bugs and prevent recurring issues
  • Maintain clear documentation of issues, solutions, and customer interactions
  • Ensure smooth end-to-end customer experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (BSCS) or equivalent-2025 Batch.
  • Minimum CGPA: 3.0+
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to understand new tools and technologies quickly
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
