Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support & Implementation Engineer to handle software installations, device configurations, and technical support for our solutions. The role involves working with Android devices, networking, RFID hardware, and providing both remote and on-site customer support. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Key Responsibilities
● Install, configure, and support software solutions at customer locations and remotely
● Configure and troubleshoot Android devices, handheld scanners, and related hardware
● Set up and support RFID devices, barcode scanners, and other IOT sensors and hardware.
● Perform device configuration, system setup, and connectivity troubleshooting
● Diagnosing and Resolving hardware, software, and other solution related issues
● Provide online (remote) support and conduct customer site visits when required
● Support customers during deployments, go-live, and post-implementation phases
● Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue escalation and resolution
● Maintain clear documentation of installations, issues, and fixes
Required Skills & Experience
● 2 - 4 years of experience in technical support, system implementation, or field support
● Strong knowledge of software installation and troubleshooting
● Good understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration)
● Hands-on experience with Android OS and device setup
● Basic working knowledge of RFID technology and device handling
● Experience with hardware troubleshooting and field installations
● Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
● Good to have knowledge of RFID and other IOT technologies
