Job Title: Technical Support Officer

Job Overview
We are seeking a competent and proactive Technical Support Officer to join our Lahore office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting IT-related issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of systems and networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system, network, and application problems in a timely manner
- Manage user accounts, email setups, and access permissions
- Monitor system performance and ensure security protocols are followed
- Maintain IT inventory, including hardware and software assets
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment servicing and maintenance when required
- Document technical issues, solutions, and standard operating procedures
- Assist in system upgrades, backups, and data recovery processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar technical support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, basic networking, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, email configuration, and remote support tools
- Good understanding of IT security and data protection practices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Pay: Rs80,000.00 per hour
