Technical Support Representative

• Lead and supervise a team of technicians in the diagnosis, repair, and overhaul of heavy construction equipment, including excavator, loaders, dozers, and specially, concrete pumps.
• Perform root cause analysis for complex mechanical and hydraulic.
• Develop and implement robust preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extended equipment life cycles.
• Concrete pump specialization.
• Provide experience technical support for concrete pump systems, including troubleshooting issues related to hydraulic circuits, pumping mechanisms. (e.g., Putzmeister, Schwing, Sany, CIFA.
• Oversee the calibration, and testing of concrete pumps ensure optimal performance, adherence to manufacturer specifications, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate and detailed report records of all maintenance and and repair activities including service reports and parts consumption.
• Prepare regular performance report on equipment reliability, maintenance costs,a nd workshop efficiency.
• Comminucate effectively with clients, suppliers and internal departments regarding technical issues, repair progress, and proposed solutions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the maintenance and repair of concrete pumps.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and complex mechanical systems found in heavy equipment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic fault codes.
• Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
