REME-D is looking for Technical Support & Sales Representative
Location : New Cairo
Industry : Health and human services.
Job Purpose
To drive revenue growth by identifying sales opportunities while providing high-level technical
expertise. This role involves managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and technical
presentations to after-sales application support and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities

Sales
-
Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals, private labs, and research
centers.

Manage the sale of reagents, consumables, and laboratory equipment.

Prepare technical and commercial quotations and follow up on tenders (MOH,
University hospitals, etc.).

Technical Support & Application
-
Perform on-site installation and validation of reagents and diagnostic kits.

Provide technical training to lab technicians and doctors on proper product usage.

Troubleshoot technical issues related to &false results," reagent stability, or equipment
calibration.

Act as the primary technical point of contact for existing clients to ensure &
downtime.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

Provide regular reports on market trends and competitor activities.

Maintain an updated CRM database of client interactions and equipment
Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science (Biochemistry/Chemistry), Biotechnology, or
Biomedical Engineering.

Experience: 2–4 years in the medical laboratory market (previous experience with
reagents/automated analyzers is highly preferred
-
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of PCR, ELISA, Clinical Chemistry, or Hematology
workflows.
