Job description : We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Technical Tier ll administrator Specialist to join our growing technical team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our users and ensuring the smooth operation of our critical technical services. What You'll Do:

• Provide expert-level support for a wide range of Cloud applications and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Exchange Online (ExO), Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Office applications, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Assist users with Cloud licensing, subscriptions, and commerce-related inquiries.
• Educate users on best practices and efficient use of Cloud features.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of support documentation and knowledge base articles.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong general knowledge of Office 365 commerce and licensing.
• In-depth understanding of the core Cloud technologies we support: Exchange Online (ExO), Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Proven experience supporting end-users in an Cloud environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a methodical approach.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• A proactive and customer-centric mindset.
