We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist with strong expertise in Linux, MySQL, and SMS technologies. The role focuses on ensuring the seamless operation of Broadnet's infrastructure by providing technical assistance, resolving issues, and maintaining systems to support business continuity.

  • Provide IT support to both staff and clients, with a focus on SMS technologies and SMPP protocol.
  • Train users in software functionalities and tools.
