Hord Coplan Macht is seeking a Level 1 IT support specialist with 3-5 years of experience to join our Information Technology team. This role will report to the Technical Support Manager and will be based in our Denver office. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to perform and troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. This person should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have attention to detail, and solid organizational skills.

About The Position

• Provides first-level support for end-user IT requests
• Provides end-user training for hardware and software as needed
• Deploys workstations and installs software
• Performs basic problem-solving and assistance on various software applications and hardware systems
• Supports audio/visual equipment in conference rooms
• Supports mobile phones and tablets
• Performs miscellaneous/various job-related duties as assigned
• Works and collaborates with all team members

About You

• 3-5 years of experience in an IT support role
• Experience troubleshooting Windows computers, mobile devices, and A/V equipment
• Knowledgeable about a variety of technologies
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service oriented
• Willing to support occasional after-hours needs as required by outages and business-critical events
• Familiarity with Architectural Design Software (Autodesk, Bluebeam, Sketchup, etc.) a plus
