Technical Support Specialist
EUC Engineer (Onsite)
Responsibilities
-
Perform
monthly preventive maintenance
on servers, switches, firewalls, CCTV, UPS, and access control
-
Conduct
daily health checks
and share reports with the IT team
-
Respond to and resolve incidents as per
SLA
-
Troubleshoot and configure
VLANs, Wi-Fi, VPNs, and firewalls
-
Coordinate with OEMs for
warranty claims
and hardware replacement
-
Maintain
IT asset inventory
and document configuration changes
-
Provide
end-user support
for laptops, desktops, printers, and applications
-
Submit
daily, incident, and monthly reports
with RCA when required
Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with:

Switches, VLANs, Wi-Fi

Firewalls and VPNs

Servers, CCTV, UPS, access control

Laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals

Ability to work
autonomously
and meet SLAs

Strong
documentation and reporting
skills
Preferred Certifications

CCNA, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA A+, or M365
