To support the product lines by coordinating solutions for the Hiab service and sales teams, warranty department, approved dealers, third party service providers, and customers. Act as a communication gateway to the factory for service solutions and design improvements. Key responsibilities

Technical support within the loader cranes business (cranes, TMFL, accessories, and installations), including practical problem solving, field tests, technical investigations, propose and evaluate temporary field solutions etc. to limit product down time
Report product concerns and improvements within the C-Case portal
Reduce warranty spend by understanding the “why” of failures and proposing improvements as necessary
Bi-weekly summary of key activity and recommended follow up
Ensuring positive experience from support requests What we are looking for

High School diploma or equivalent required
Technical degree within engineering, communication or quality field; or several years of experience in a similar position
Extensive knowledge of HIAB products, including control systems, hydraulics and electronics, as well as how the cranes integrate into the truck chassis
Experience using C-Office platform
Proficient in use of computers, email, Microsoft Office Suite (and similar programs), and web-based applications
Must work well in a team environment
