Our client, a Fortune 5 Company, is looking to hire a Technical Support Tech I (IT Support / Help Desk) in New Carlisle, IN (Onsite).
Shift Details
Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday
Hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (10-hour shifts)
Pay Rate Range:
$20 to $25/hr W2, depending on experience
Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, and in-person

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues

Log, track, and resolve tickets using a ticketing system

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals

Support user account setup and access (Active Directory basics)

Follow standard operating procedures and escalation processes

Ensure timely resolution and maintain SLA compliance
Requirements:
-
0-3 years of IT support / help desk / desktop support experience

Basic knowledge of troubleshooting hardware and software issues

Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira, etc.)

Familiarity with Windows OS and basic networking concepts

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (preferred)
