Technical Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Technical Surveyor to join our dynamic team in the parking management industry. The successful candidate will play a critical role in conducting precise surveys, analyzing site conditions, and providing technical expertise to support the development and maintenance of parking facilities.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct detailed technical surveys of parking sites using appropriate tools and technology.

- Analyze site data to assess feasibility and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to design and implement parking solutions.

- Prepare accurate reports and documentation based on survey findings.

- Ensure all survey activities adhere to health and safety guidelines and company policies.

- Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.

- Support the team in resolving technical issues and improving survey processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Technical Surveyor or in a similar role within the parking management or related industry.

- Strong knowledge of surveying equipment, techniques, and industry regulations.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans accurately.

- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

- Relevant qualifications in surveying, civil engineering, or a related field.

- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to varying work environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
