Job Overview
The Technical Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training for after-sales teams, focusing on heavy commercial vehicles and advanced automotive systems.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Automotive After Sales technical training.
- Experience in dealership or OEM environments is highly preferred.
- Strong technical understanding of automotive systems-mechanical and electronic (heavy commercial vehicles preferred).
- Excellent training delivery and communication skills.
- Ability to prepare professional training materials and operate training tools/systems.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and business communication platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical training sessions for technicians, service staff, and other after-sales personnel.
- Develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, practical demos, and assessments.
- Deliver technical content related to automotive mechanical and electronic systems, with emphasis on heavy commercial vehicles.
- Assess training needs and create programs that enhance service quality and technical performance.
- Manage training systems, tools, and aids to ensure smooth execution of sessions.
- Evaluate trainees' performance, provide feedback, and maintain training records.
- Coordinate with OEMs and internal teams to ensure alignment with brand standards and technical updates.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in the after-sales department.
