Technical Trainer

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Technical Trainer (Local Hire only) to conduct professional training programs in AutoCAD, Revit & BIM, and Primavera P6. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-focused sessions to students, engineers, architects, project professionals, and working individuals who want to improve their technical software skills.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of CAD drafting, BIM modelling, project planning, and construction-related workflows. The trainer must be able to explain concepts clearly, conduct hands-on exercises, guide learners through real-world project examples, and support students in developing practical job-ready skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training sessions for AutoCAD, Revit & BIM, and/or Primavera P6.
• Prepare lesson plans, practical exercises, and project-based activities.
• Teach students how to apply software skills in real engineering, construction, architectural, and project management environments.
• Assess students’ progress and provide guidance during the training.
• Support the institute in improving course content and training quality.
• Maintain a professional and engaging classroom environment.

Preferred Requirements:

• Strong practical knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit & BIM, and Primavera P6.
• Previous training or teaching experience is preferred.
• Industry experience in construction, engineering, architecture, MEP, or project planning will be an advantage.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to train both beginners and working professionals.
• Candidates based in Qatar are preferred.
