Technical Trainer (Dubai)

Deliver comprehensive and high-quality training to operators, supervisors, and service personnel, ensuring proficiency in Rapiscan product lines.

Develop and refine training curricula, optimizing content to enhance stakeholder and customer expertise.

Lead assigned training programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives while achieving revenue and performance targets.

Maintain training accuracy and relevance, ensuring all instructional materials reflect the latest product specifications and industry standards.

Uphold exceptional delivery standards, adhering to the core competency framework and established best practices.

Facilitate external training initiatives, driving revenue growth through high-impact programs.

Support specialized learning programs, including Aviation Security and Threat Recognition, contributing to broader organizational training objectives.

Ensure regulatory and procedural compliance, completing reports, expense submissions, and documentation in accordance with company policies.

Innovate training methodologies, recommending and implementing new approaches to enhance learning outcomes and engagement.

Assist with new product rollouts and Entry into Service training, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.

Maintain accurate training records, ensuring compliance with audit requirements and organizational standards.

Translate and adapt training materials into Arabic, ensuring accessibility and effectiveness for Arabic-speaking audiences.

Undertake additional instructional responsibilities, including soft skills training, as required.

Qualifications

• 4 years experience as a technical (or systems) trainer (Essential)
• Degree in Engineering or Electronic related discipline (Essential)
• Highly experienced in a wide range of engineering or technical disciplines; electronics, electrical, electromechanical, PC s, software, coding, mechanical etc (Essential)
• IT literate, proficiency with MS Office required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) (Essential)
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English and Arabic (Essential)
• A relevant training qualification (Desired)
• Previous experience in an X-Ray systems environment (Desired)
