Technical Training Section Head

Aftersales Technical Training is responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of aftersales staff. This role involves identifying training needs, designing course materials, and leading training sessions focused on the technical aspects of products and services. The Section Head ensures that the aftersales teams are equipped to provide exceptional service and support, contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive technical training calendar, detailing all scheduled training sessions, topics, and objectives for the upcoming period.
• Oversee the delivery of engaging and informative technical training sessions, utilizing a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
• Ensure the implementation of the development plan aligns with the standard operating procedures (SOP) for technical training.
• Prepare and present detailed monthly reports on the progress of training activities, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
• Continuously seek innovative approaches to enhance the technical development services offered, proposing new ideas that could add value to the training process.
• Create and update technical training materials, ensuring content is relevant, up-to-date, and tailored to the needs of Team Leaders and Technicians.
• Lead and mentor the training team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality training delivery.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

Experience

5+ years of experience in Service Technical Support or as an Engineer, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
