✅ IMPORTANT: This role requires excellent spoken and written English communication skills. You will lead daily client-facing technical calls, provide solution consultations, and work directly with developers. Clear and confident communication is an absolute must.

We’re seeking a Senior Technical Voice Manager with a strong development background and hands-on experience across full-stack technologies. You must be capable of managing complex software, mobile app, and website development projects, while also contributing technically when required—whether that’s live coding, pair programming, or solution architecture.

This is a highly visible role that combines technical leadership, team coordination, and client management, making it ideal for someone who thrives on delivering impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of software, mobile, and web projects
• Act as the primary technical lead during client calls, demos, and requirement discovery sessions
• Collaborate with developers during live coding or pair programming sessions when needed
• Translate client requirements into structured tasks, timelines, and workflows
• Oversee Agile development cycles: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives
• Ensure code quality, adherence to timelines, and alignment with client expectations
• Work across cross-functional teams including design, QA, and dev ops
• Troubleshoot technical blockers, mentor team members, and optimize performance
• Lead technical documentation, status reporting, and team performance reviews

Required Technical Skills & Experience

✅ 4+ years of hands-on development and technical project management experience
✅ Strong experience with:

• PHP & WordPress (Custom Plugins, Themes, WooCommerce)
• MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)
• PERN Stack (PostgreSQL, Express, React, Node.js)
• React Native for cross-platform mobile apps
• ✅ Familiarity with
• Python

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
