Roles & Responsibilities

Create, update, and maintain accurate technical documentation for Cellular IoT modules, including hardware manuals, integration guides, product specifications, and compliance documents.

Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Quality teams to capture technical details and translate complex concepts into clear, user-friendly documents.

Develop content for user guides, reference manuals, release notes, whitepapers, and API documentation.

Standardize documentation processes and templates, ensuring consistency and adherence to company and industry standards.

Support documentation review cycles, incorporating stakeholder feedback and technical validations.

Contribute to knowledge bases, FAQs, and self-serve support content to enhance customer experience.

Ensure timely delivery and version control of all documents in alignment with project milestones and product launches.
Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ECE, EEE, CSE), Technical Communication, or a related field.

3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the semiconductor, IoT, or embedded systems domain; direct experience in embedded systems or software development environments is highly valued.

Hands-on experience authoring content for hardware, modules, or connectivity products is a strong plus.

Familiarity with Cellular IoT technologies and standards (LTE/5G, NB-IoT, Cat-M, etc.) is desirable.

Proven ability to manage documentation projects throughout the product development lifecycle.

Proficient in industry-standard documentation tools (e.g., Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, MS Office, Confluence, Git).

Working knowledge of XML, DITA, Markdown, or similar documentation formats.

Strong understanding of embedded systems concepts, microcontrollers, RTOS, hardware interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, etc.), and the software development lifecycle.

Familiarity with programming languages like C/C++ and embedded firmware concepts.

Ability to read and interpret engineering schematics, datasheets, and software APIs.
