Job Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Writer to create clear, accurate, and engaging content for technical documentation, marketing materials, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating complex technical concepts into user-friendly content while supporting the company's branding and communication efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, SOPs, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with developers, engineers, and business teams to gather and document technical information.
- Develop content for websites, blogs, newsletters, case studies, and marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram.
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all communication channels.
- Review and update existing documentation and content to maintain accuracy and relevance.
- Assist in preparing product documentation, release notes, presentations, and training materials.
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to enhance content quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in technical writing, content writing, or digital content creation.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of social media content and digital marketing principles.
- Ability to simplify complex technical information for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and content management/documentation tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
