Technical Writer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Technical Writer to create clear, accurate, and engaging content for technical documentation, marketing materials, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating complex technical concepts into user-friendly content while supporting the company's branding and communication efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, SOPs, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, and business teams to gather and document technical information.
• Develop content for websites, blogs, newsletters, case studies, and marketing campaigns.
• Create and manage content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram.
• Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all communication channels.
• Review and update existing documentation and content to maintain accuracy and relevance.
• Assist in preparing product documentation, release notes, presentations, and training materials.
• Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to enhance content quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in technical writing, content writing, or digital content creation.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of social media content and digital marketing principles.
• Ability to simplify complex technical information for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and content management/documentation tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
