Technical Writer (Adobe RoboHelp experience required)

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and support teams to gather accurate information and understand technical specifications.
• Use Adobe RoboHelp to prepare and present the documentation files.
• Edit and proofread all documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.
• Conduct research on new products or updates to existing ones to produce timely and relevant content.
• Manage document versions and updates efficiently using word processing software.
• Ensure all materials are accessible, well-organized, and aligned with user needs and company standards.

Skills

• Proficiency in technical writing with a strong ability to translate complex information into accessible language.
• Excellent editing and proofreading skills to maintain high-quality content.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
• Experience with Adobe Robohelp tools for creating documentation files.
