  Knowledge Management initiatives
 
 and documentation needs. This role requires a detail-oriented communicator who can
 
 translate technical information into clear, engaging, and accessible content for a variety of audiences.
 
 The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in creating and aintaining internal and external documentation, press materials, training content, and process manuals. Experience with
 
  WordPress
 
 ,
 
  Learning Management Systems (LMS)
 
 , and creative tools such as
 
  Canva
 
 and
 
  PowerPoint
 
 will be highly beneficial.
 
  Key Responsibilities
  
- 
   Develop,organize, and maintain knowledge base content using WordPress and other content management platforms.
  
- 
   Create,structure, update, and manage training materials, user manuals, SOPs, and process ocumentation.
  
- 
   Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure technical accuracy.
  
- 
   Design and prepare training presentations and documentation for internal and external audiences.
  
- 
   Write and edit press releases, ensuring clarity, tone, and brand consistency.
  
- 
   Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of Learning Management Systems.
  
- 
   Ensure all documents comply with internal standards, branding, and accessibility guidelines.
  
- 
   Support cross-functional teams with tailored content creation needs.
   
 
 
Job Requirements
  Must-Have Qualifications:
  
- 
   Proven experience as a technical writer, preferably in an organization with training or educational functions.
  
- 
   Hands-on experience with WordPress for content publishing and site maintenance.
  
- 
   Solid understanding of Knowledge Management principles and tools.
  
- 
   Strong background in creating training content, user guides, how-to documents, and process documentation.
  
- 
   Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning best practices.
  
- 
   Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
   
 
 
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- 
   Proficiency in Canva and/or similar tools for visual content creation.
  
- 
   Strong PowerPoint skills, with the ability to design and animate effective presentations.
  
- 
   Background in communications, journalism, instructional design, or related field.
  
- 
   Experience in writing for both technical and non-technical audiences
  
- 
   Understanding of SEO principles and content accessibility standards.
