Engineer – Technical Communication:

We are currently in search of an experienced Technical Writer who will drive Service Procedure Documentation for Molecular Imaging-based product.

Key expectations of the role:

• Work in close coordination with technical teams, product and project management for planning and delivery
• Regular reporting to stakeholders on status, risks and issues
• Authoring:
• • Revise existing procedures assigned for sustaining product lines.
  • Author new service procedures for both hardware and software.
  • Provide feedback to development teams on service features.
• Reviewing:
• • Review and signoff for new and revised content.
  • Carry out performance verifications on locally available systems.
• Adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements. Complete and maintain required quality system records for technical documentation

What are we looking for?

• Engineering Graduate or any equivalent degree
• 4-6 Yrs of industry experience with technical writing
• Expertise in technical documentation (analysis, concept, design).
• Knowledge of content management systems, authoring tools, graphic tools, documentation standards and rules
• Knowledge of tools like Cosima is added advantage
• Familiarity with understanding of XML files and the use of XSD files
• Excellent verbal, written communication skills and presentation skills
• Ability to work as an individual contributor and take ownership
• Seeks opportunities to increase product knowledge
• Experience working with global team and flexible to work across partner time zones to suit work requirement
• Medical Imaging and Healthcare domain knowledge is preferred
