We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Writer Interns to support our engineering and product teams by creating, maintaining, and improving technical documentation. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with software development teams and learning how technical information is structured, documented, and communicated.
The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has strong writing skills, and can collaborate with engineers, DevOps teams, and product stakeholders to transform complex technical concepts into clear, organized documentation.

Assist in creating and maintaining Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).

Support the preparation and updating of API documentation using OpenAPI/Swagger specifications.

Help create and maintain Configuration Documents for Infrastructure and DevOps teams.

Assist with documenting Incident Reports and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports.

Support the development and maintenance of Data Dictionaries for product databases.

Contribute to Software Design Documents (SDDs) and technical documentation.

Maintain Release Notes, feature documentation, and product updates.

Review existing documentation and help ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

Collaborate with engineers, developers, and DevOps team members to gather technical information.

Assist in improving documentation templates, processes, and best practices.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Technical Communication, or a related field.
