Technician

We are looking for a responsible Technician for our Cleaning Equipment Division.

Requirements:-

• Having good technical knowledge about cleaning Electrical equipments(Single disk, wet&Dry machine,Dry vaccum machine,walk behind and ride on scrubber machine etc.)
• Acts as liaison to coordinate information and service between the end user of a product and the sales representatives in the selling organization.
• Works with end users to install, inspect, maintain, operate, and/or repair equipment.
• Oversees and facilitates the delivery and installation of products.
• Answers inquiries and questions from customers related to ongoing use of products, maintenance requirements, operations, and other related information.
• Travels to locations to inspect, service, and repair equipment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:-

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering/Diploma is required
• Prior experience in related field highly preferred.
• Successful completion of on-the-job training related to installing, maintaining, operating, and repairing equipment required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Thorough understanding of cleaning equipmentand mechines, product, industry, and/or services provided to clients.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software as required to prepare reports and logs.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in same field
• Must be locally available and ready to join immediately.
• Must have valid NOC.
• Should have Qatar Driving Licence
