Technician

Location: Boat Basin, Clifton, Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain vehicle and asset tracking devices.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to GPS tracking systems, connectivity, and power supply.
• Perform testing and commissioning of newly installed tracking devices to ensure proper functionality.
• Conduct regular maintenance and preventive checks to ensure optimal performance of tracking systems.
• Ensure accurate wiring, device placement, and system calibration according to company standards.
• Maintain proper documentation related to installations, maintenance, and service reports.
• Follow company protocols related to safety, quality assurance, and field operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in installation and maintenance of tracking/GPS devices.
• Sound knowledge of tracking devices, wiring, and basic electrical concepts.
• Familiarity with installation tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Attention to detail with a proactive and responsible attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in field environments.
