We’re looking for Technician who will report to the lead technician, the SRC technician is responsible for the refurbishment, repair & maintenance of Aggreko equipment. Ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently and effectively.

  What you’ll do:

• • Assembly of Aggreko products in accordance with work instructions and quality control documentation
• • Troubleshooting/Diagnosis/Repair/Assembly/Overhaul/Refurb of Aggreko Products

• Assembly of Fuel and Cooling system hoses, pipes and fittings

• Assembly & Sub-Assembly of fabricated components

• Mating and torquing of flange assemblies.

• Use of air/power tools, hand tools, torque tools and measuring equipment

• • Working to the high-quality standards of the business and escalating quality issues when they arise

• Work in an effective manner with the direct team members and wider cross-functional teams where required.

• Involvement in Continuous Improvement projects and activities

• Maintaining work area in a safe and tidy working condition

• Working strictly in accordance with company policies, procedures & processes

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

• Experience Working in the power generation field.

• • Knowledge on Mechanical and Electrical repairs

• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferably with a strong knowledge of Service and repair methods with experience of assembling mechanical systems.

• Understand and interpret engineering drawings.

• Experience of working on electrical fitting/wiring would also be desirable but not essential.

• Excellent communication skills

• Able to work under pressure and deliver tasks on time, to a high level of quality and accuracy, with strong attention to detail.
