Technician

Job Brief:

Are you experienced in field joint coating operations for pipeline projects? Do you have hands-on skills in applying FBE, PU, or epoxy coatings and a strong understanding of quality and safety standards? If so, we’re looking for you.

Our client is seeking Field Joint Coating Technicians to join ongoing pipeline projects in KSA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing coating applications on welded joints, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare pipeline surfaces (cleaning, blasting, priming)
• Apply coatings: FBE, PE/PP, Flame Spray, Taper Wrap, liquid coatings
• Operate coating equipment (manual & automated)
• Inspect & repair coating defects (pinholes, cracks, adhesion issues)
• Follow HSE safety guidelines

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

• 3+ years’ experience in pipeline coating / blasting / painting
• Knowledge of corrosion protection & coating standards (NACE, SSPC, API awareness is a plus)
• Able to read & follow technical drawings/specs
• Transferable Iqama preferred
• Must be currently in Saudi Arabia

Location: KSA

Salary Range: SAR 4000 - 4500 /Monthly
