Job Summary
The role of the Technician is to Test, troubleshoot and repair All Home Appliances like Air Conditioning & refrigeration, electrical, electromechanical components, parts, and other Products like Small Home Appliances
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Apply theory and related knowledge to test, repair, and install Air Conditioning & refrigeration, electrical, and Electromechanical components, parts, and Products in the service center and at the customer's location.

Do the service works on time according to the exact specifications of the Product by using the product Service manual
Job Description

Order required spare parts from the spare parts section to repair products.

Document spare parts used in repair documents and in the company system.
-
Test the functionality of newly repaired or installed units to evaluate system performance under actual operating conditions.

Obtain customer confirmation on product performance after repair, especially for home service.

Report to the Service Supervisor or Chief Technician whenever any service-interrupting event occurs.

Submit collected service payments from customers to the service center on the same day or the next day (for home service).

Visit customers’ homes to provide service and repair their products.

Turnaround time (TAT) for indoor job orders:
3
working days; for outdoor job cards: 5 working days.

Minimum of 7
home visits per day, with at least
4
repaired units daily.

Minimum of 18 SDA
units to be repaired daily inside the service center.

Minimum of 7 AV
units to be repaired daily inside the service center.

Minimum of 8
Hoover VC and MW units to be repaired daily inside the service center.
Qualifications:
-
Diploma or Technical Certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

2–5
years of proven experience in electrical maintenance.

Hands-on experience in repairing
AV (Audio-Visual)
and
SDA (Small Domestic Appliances).

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, diagnostics, and troubleshooting techniques.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawings.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-
A valid driver’s license is an advantage.
