Technician

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Technician to join our Maintenance team! In this role, you will be responsible for the upkeep and operational efficiency of our regional network Fuel Stations.

Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor

Role

• Completion of Preventive and Corrective Jo orders as per company Safety policy & procedures.
• Job order completion within company Response times & Fix times.
• Optimization of resources including tools and spare parts.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures
• Self upgrade through attending of seminars, workshops and training certifications.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Execute job orders promptly and safely, adhering to all safety protocols and best practices. –
• Complete job orders to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to response times and fix times.
• Carry out preventive maintenance orders, noting all relevant monitoring parameters.
• Complete and update job orders with accurate information regarding spare parts, costs, time frames, and any other necessary details.
• Provide feedback on completed work to the supervisor and report any issues encountered on-site, during
  
  

the work process and

• Foster team spirit by offering support, assistance, and mutual respect among team members.
• Monitor and supervise the work of third-party contractors as required.
• Assist the supervisor in maintaining an adequate stock of spare parts by requesting necessary resources for future job orders.
  
  

Context & Environment

• Ability to work, mostly outdoors on-site and vast traveling to remote locations.
• Ability to work at flexible and extended times to complete the work.
• Ability to assess hazard situations and take precautionary and safety measures
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
  

Qualifications & Skill Set

• Preferably Diploma in Mech/Automotive/Electrical or vocation certification in any mentioned trade.
• Safety conscious with certification in safety courses preferred.
• Good command in written and reading English.
