Technician - Automotive

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment effectively to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
• Ensure proper handling and safeguarding of customer vehicles, tools, and equipment within the workshop environment.
• Collaborate with service advisors and team members to provide technical insights and updates on repair progress to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for self and colleagues.
• Stay up to date with the latest technical advancements, service bulletins, and product updates through continuous learning and development.
• Demonstrate flexibility in working hours to accommodate operational demands and meet service deadlines.
• Uphold the highest level of professionalism, ethical standards, and a customer-centric approach in all service interactions.
• Ensure adherence & compliance to policies, procedures, ISO standards, Health & Safety requirements, ethical code of conduct & values.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and provide friendly customer
• Must read, interpret and transcribe data to maintain accurate records.
• Perform routine maintenance and other tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum Diploma or Certification in Automotive Mechanics or equivalent required.
• Experience as a technician or prepared to do on-the-job training.
• Understanding of automotive air-conditioning systems.
• Ability to use the diagnostic equipment.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
