- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic drawings
- Skilled in conducting planned maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs
- Familiarity with safety regulations, capable of working at heights
- Good English communication skills
For Electrical Technicians (Crane & Plant):
- Knowledge of industrial control circuits (motor starters, control panel wiring, etc.)
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of AC & DC motors, inverters, and converters
- Experience with PLC systems
- Understanding of industrial control components: contactors, timers, proximity switches, overload relays, etc.
- Basic electronics knowledge: capacitors, diodes, rectifiers, transistors, SCR, IGBT, etc.
For Mechanical Technicians (Crane):
- Proficiency in crane mechanical maintenance, including gearboxes, hoists, hydraulic systems, and structural components
- Strong understanding of mechanical fault diagnosis and component replacement
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a workshop or field environment
For Plant Technicians (Electrical):
- Experience in plant machinery electrical systems
- Precision measurement skills
- Knowledge of automobile engine repair (desirable)
- Cross-functional knowledge of mechanical systems in industrial settings
