Byonyks Pvt. Ltd. is a medical devices company developing innovative healthcare solutions, including Automated Peritoneal Dialysis (APD) machines. As we continue to expand our field operations and support patients and healthcare facilities, we are seeking a technically skilled and responsible Diploma Holder Technician to support installation, maintenance, and field-level technical services.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and de-install APD machines at hospitals, clinics, and patient locations.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of medical devices as per approved procedures and service manuals.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults in APD machines.
- Replace components, perform functional testing, and ensure devices are operational and safe for use.
- Provide on-site technical support to healthcare staff, patients, and caregivers when required.
- Assist users with basic operational guidance and handling instructions under supervision.
- Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance logs, and installation documentation.
- Coordinate with the Field Engineering and Customer Support teams for service scheduling and issue escalation.
- Follow company SOPs, quality standards, and medical device safety requirements during all field activities.
- Support senior engineers during complex troubleshooting, upgrades, or field corrective actions.
Requirements
- Diploma (DAE) in Electrical, Electronics, Biomedical, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- 0–3 years of relevant technical or field service experience (fresh candidates may apply).
- Basic understanding of electro-mechanical systems and technical equipment.
- Ability to read and understand basic technical manuals, drawings, and instructions.
- Willingness to travel and work in field-based environments.
- Responsible, disciplined, and safety-conscious approach to work.
- Basic communication skills for interaction with healthcare staff and internal teams.
Preferred
- Experience working with medical devices, dialysis equipment, or hospital systems.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and service documentation.
- Willingness to learn medical device regulations and quality requirements.
- Good interpersonal communication is a plus(English spoken)
