Technician – Mechatronics (Production Operations)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate formulation and production equipment inside the formulation room as per
• approved SOPs.
• Monitor process parameters and equipment performance during production runs.
• Assist in basic troubleshooting of PLC-controlled systems under the supervision of the
• Automation Engineer.
• Identify alarms, faults, and abnormal system behavior and report to concerned engineers.
• Support changeovers, cleaning, and line clearance activities in the formulation area.
• Maintain production records, logbooks, and batch-related documentation.
• Follow GMP, safety, and contamination control practices strictly.
• Coordinate with engineering, automation, and QA teams during operational issues.

Skills & Competencies

• Basic understanding of PLC systems, sensors, actuators, and control panels.
• Familiarity with HMI operation and alarm handling.
• Knowledge of industrial automation fundamentals.
• Ability to work in controlled (cleanroom) environments.
• Good documentation and communication skills.
