About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician / Mechanic to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and engine-driven machinery or heavy equipment. The role requires a strong focus on safety, technical accuracy, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and diesel engine-driven equipment
• Perform maintenance and repairs independently up to Competency Level 3 with minimal supervision
• Use computer-based diagnostic tools to identify and resolve technical issues
• Prepare accurate service reports, repair documentation, and cost estimates
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Provide professional customer support and effective technical communication

Qualifications & Requirements

• Good command of English, with strong customer interaction and service skills
• Proven ability to perform diagnostics, service, and repairs on diesel engines and related machinery with minimal supervision
• Experience in generating service reports and repair quotations
• Familiarity with computer diagnostic tools
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• UAE driving license is an advantage
• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering
• 3–5 years of experience in construction machinery, stationary or mobile equipment, power generators, or a related field
• Previous experience working at a dealership is mandatory
